Done preparing for break-the-fasting. =3= Anyhoo~

~Second Day of First Aid~

Yahoooooooooooooooooooo~!!!
Today i had soooooooooooo much fun!!!
I really really like all this medical stuff. Wahoo~!!
Oh and we learned a lot of gruesome stuff today like injuries (the eye injury part makes me squirm on my seat hahaha)...
(Imagine a pencil being stabbed on your eyeball and eyeballs popping out!!! Yeeehaa!! Oh. and the only aid we can do for that is 'put' it back in your eye socket and bandage it. Then seek medical help )
...burns, bone fracture, seizures, head injury, all the damage u can do to all your internal organs, wooooooohoooooooooo!!!!
I wanna do somethin like that again!!!
I totally nailed the assessment!!
but....uh-oh. The real pain starts tomorrow!!!
Our batch have to undergo Advance Fire Fighting (translation : We'll be roasted chickens by tomorrow evening )

Thought i'm gonna be toasted today.

We only learn the theory today.
Sat in the (freezing) class from early morning 'till 3 pm.
The course leader was so boring, i almost slept through the whole class.
I didn't even try to concentrate.
Almost slept through the whole class meaning :
I only stayed awake during the first 5 modules... 0_o ehehe...
Aiya.
I am such a bad person. This is a very serious course and i slept through it.
We're gonna fight REAL fire and do REAL fire rescue.
Which starts after tomorrow bdw.
I'm not the only one who sleeps through the whole class though.
Almost everyone did it...
Oh, i feel so sorry for the lecturer.
I'm gonna do my best to stay awake tomorrow!!!

But we didn't juz sit in class today...
We also did some fire extinguisher handling, juz something extra in the course because we finished early today.
It was a peace of cake though.
We all have done it before during Basic Fire Fighting () along with Sea Survival the other day.
And it only took three days.
Everyone was laughing at me (well...except the course leaders) when we did the fire extinguisher handling.
Not that i didn't do good. I did okay (juz having sum problem with LIFTING the fire extinguisher.....it's heavy.. ) coz i auready been through the thing.
It's juz that during practical like handling fire and do Sea Survival, we all have to be fully equipped with all the required P.P.E. (Personal Protective Equipment)
..... a sight of me wearing P.P.E. is something i really don't want anybody to see.

....because i look like Ronald McDonald (you know. the fast food rest. ) when i wear em.
My coverall fits me fine(it's a Malaysian size S) but i have to wear a size 5 safety boot (my feet is smaller than any normal feet) which have the tendency to slips off because of the size of my feet.
And everybody laughs. [I YOU GUYS DO! Dx]
The safety helmet is also too big and heavy for me and it always slips down in front of my face. And it did so when i was squatting down to reach the fire extinguisher.
And everybody laughs again...including the course leaders.

I would laugh too if i see me in my P.P.E.
....I have to carry a very heavy Breathing Apparatus tomorrow...
Yeah. I'm gonna get laugh at again.

The P.P.E. thing is really important because it's the thing that protects me from the surrounding hazards.

"This is the worst day of my life"
i would've tell you that...
If not for the fact that tomorrow i know i'll face a worser fate.
The AFiFi juz now exhausted me 'till my very las hp.
Sure, it was KINDA fun...
but when your dealing with something as complicated and hard to handle heavy Breathing Apparatus, things juz started to slide down to the worst.
You have to walk, jump, slide, CLIMB, CRAWL, and every other easy stuff to do if you dont have that bloody thing on your back!!!
First, the thing weight a ton.
The thing plus all the other heavy P.P.E. (too large smallest safety boot, heavy safety helmet, big big safety gloves, etc etc) is too much for me to handle.
And next, your can hardly move when equipped with the whole P.P.E.
I can't wait for all this AFiFi thing to over!!
I'm not the only one who thing that in our batch.
All of us juz can't handle the thing. At least not smoothly.
Todays entry is not that much.
I'm too exhausted. Plus, i have a coverall to wash.

Hey you fellow Gaians out there who must be pretty bored to actually see my journal.

I havent wrote anything in my journal for such long long long time.
So why am i writing now? 0_o
Coz i had a very very happy happy day on my birthday!!
Wheee~
It started out just like any other ordinary Sunday....except for the phone calls and messages started out at 12 am waking me up telling me happy birthday. 0_o
That i assure you is most unusual.

The rest of the day pass by....silently... (cheh. sedih jak sound )
...n i bought myself a bag pack for my laptop. 0_o
I cant stand carrying it around at the airports. It can get very heavy. 0_o
Anyway, after that, my boyfriends (2 of my most best friends here at Miri) ....belanja makan. McD la pulaak. hehehe
Dah lah salam dia bilang Selamat Hari Raya. Saspen saya. Ingat mok cakap Selamat Hari Jadi tek.
Pretty normal eh? but to me it's actually very special to have someone say Happy Birthday in such a happy happy mood 'cause i dont usually get that back at school or home. People usually avoid me. 0_o i'm the quiet emo kid.(i'm just shy actually ) And i only get the happy happy kind of Happy Birthday from my parents.
But here at campus, my whole batch sure knows how to deal with me. -_-;
They actually make me talk out a lot. I'm still the quiet kid, but i'm getting less and less quiet everyday. Thanks to the lot of em.
They are actually very contagious. 0_o
Ehem, anyway. At night kan, my mami kan, oops sorry. my housemate.
we call her mami coz she's so much like a mum and my other housemate likes to ask for bitty from her, which she never gets. 0_o
(What's a bitty? Refer to 'Little Britain' )
Anyway, SURPRISE!!!
While i was trying on my new bag, she pops in my room with a chocolate cake!! Whee~
And then they (at the time there was my housemates and three boys from our batch!) sing happy birthday!
Lalu di tinggal beg baru. Laptop lagi masih kat dalam sia.
I was so touched at the time! ^^ ...but i didnt cry. 0_o ...
Turns out they invited some of the others from the batch to celebrate, but i think they just turn up to eat the cake.
Nah. Just kidding!
I got the nickname Baby Murphy from our 'Daddy Murphy' coz i was the youngest in the batch. 0_o
...i'm not that small... ..but i guess i do act childish...
Cant help it!
AND THEN!!
The next day, that is, 8th of October, I received gifts from 3 of my precious Gaian friends!!
That one really surprises me.
(i didnt think anyone would read my details on my Gaia Profile. 0_o
But of course the main source is Friendster. )
And i got lots of 'Happy Birthdays' from Friendster friends and fellow Gaians!
